FULL SERVICE DESIGN PACKAGE

This service is for clients that want us to take the design process from a design concept to completion.

We begin with a meeting to discuss your goals, ideas and dreams and finish with a clear understanding of the scope and timeline of the project.

You proposal may include:

Mood bard, 3D rendering and Space planing

Selection and sourcing of furniture, lighting, paint, finishes, custom window treatments and decorative accessories

Management of the design process from procurement through installation

Price varies based on project.

HOURLY CONSULTATION

For clients that need help with a few design-ideas, need guidance or have questions for their design project.

Design Fee: $175/ hour

NEW BUILD SPECIFICATION PACKAGES

These are some of the services we can provide for you:

Paint color specification: Paint color for every room and exterior.

Finish material specifications: Tile, flooring, countertops, backsplash, lighting, cabinetry, and fixtures.

3D rendering: help you visualize the final design before the job is completed on- site

Site visit: visits to the job site to make sure the design is going according to plan.
